Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?▼
Book online anytime on our website — it takes less than 2 minutes. Or call us at (361) 717-1291 during business hours.
How far in advance should I book?▼
We recommend booking at least 3–7 days ahead, especially during summer (June–August) and holidays. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available — just call us.
Can I change my reservation dates?▼
Yes! Call or email us and we'll do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?▼
Full refund for cancellations made 72+ hours before your pickup time. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. We'll always try to reschedule when possible.
Requirements & Age
How old do I need to be to rent?▼
All drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. This applies to any additional drivers as well.
Can passengers be under 21?▼
Yes — passengers of any age can ride, they just cannot drive. Children must be properly seated with seatbelts at all times.
Do I need insurance?▼
Yes. Proof of valid auto insurance is required for all drivers. Please have your insurance card ready at pickup.
Cart Features & Equipment
What is included with the rental?▼
All carts include: Bluetooth speakers, USB charging ports, LED headlights and taillights, side mirrors, seatbelts, and a beach cooler.
Are the carts electric or gas?▼
Our carts are gas-powered, giving you plenty of power for a full day on the island. Please return with a full tank — a $35 fuel charge applies if returned low.
How fast do the carts go?▼
Our carts reach 25–30 mph, which is plenty for getting around Port Aransas. Always observe posted speed limits.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick up my cart?▼
Pick up at our location: 1909 State Hwy 361, Port Aransas, TX 78373. We're open 8 AM–8 PM daily.
Do you offer delivery?▼
Yes! We deliver to select hotels, condos, and vacation rentals in Port Aransas for a flat $35 delivery fee. Note: some locations are not eligible — see our Safety page for the restricted list. Add delivery during booking.
What time can I pick up/return?▼
Pickup and return times are 8 AM–8 PM. Return before your scheduled drop-off time to avoid late fees. After-hours returns are available — park at our lot and drop keys in the after-hours box.
Rules & Safety
Can I drive on the beach?▼
You can drive on beach access roads, but never in the water or on the sand dunes. Carts must stay on designated beach roads and paved streets. Water damage fees range from $2,000–$20,000.
Where can I drive the cart?▼
Golf carts are permitted on all paved streets within Port Aransas with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. State Hwy 361 and SH 361 are allowed in designated areas.
What are the rules about alcohol?▼
Texas law prohibits open containers and impaired driving in golf carts, just as in regular vehicles. Zero tolerance for DUI.
Pricing & Payment
What does the daily rate include?▼
The daily rate includes the cart, all standard features, insurance, and basic support. Add-ons (delivery, fuel package) are priced separately.
Is there a security deposit?▼
Yes, a $250 refundable security deposit (incidentals) is charged at booking. It is returned in full upon safe return of the cart with no damage and a full tank of gas.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash at pickup. A 4% credit card processing fee applies. Payment details are confirmed when you book.
Are there discounts for longer rentals?▼
Yes! We offer multi-day discounts: 10% off for 3–6 day rentals and 15% off for 7+ day rentals. These are applied automatically during booking.
